Terms and Conditions of Participation in the project

General Terms and Conditions:

The project is open to young (up to 35 years old) teachers and researchers who have not participated in the project before, as well as those who have not studied or worked in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Participants will be selected through a competitive process; submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the project.

Full-time participation in the project is mandatory for the entire duration of the project.

Important: Participants should be ready for an intensive educational program, active interaction and exchange of ideas with representatives of other countries and cultures.

Timeline

• Submission of application: April 15 — May 15, 2025
• Selection of participants will be completed: May 30, 2025 (all participants will be notified of the results of the competitive selection process)

Project dates

• Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI» — June 23 — July 6, 2025 (full-time participation is required)
• Other universities — July 28 — August 10, 2025 (full-time participation is required)

What is required to apply?

• Registration on the project website.
• Correctly filled in application form for participation in the project (including all required documents).

• Motivational video of the project participant focusing on:

  • clear motivation (why you and why this project?);
  • what are your goals and objectives for participating in this project;
  • what can you contribute to this project;
  • how does your professional field relate to the chosen topic.

  Tip: Avoid general statements, give specific examples.

Financial terms

Participation in the project is free of charge.

If the application is approved, the host university is responsible for:

• travel expenses (round-trip tickets);
• insurance for the duration of the stay;
• accommodation, meals;
• excursions during the project.
